Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 36 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Partial Refund (80%): Cancellations made between 36 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time are eligible for an 80% refund.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival or departure time are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure time, or in the case of no prior notification, will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be applicable.
