Qatar Airways (QR) has been awarded World’s Best Airline at the 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards, announced during a ceremony at Le Bourget Airport on June 17, as part of the Paris Air Show.
The Skytrax Awards, regarded as the “Oscars of aviation” since their launch in 1999, remain a globally respected benchmark for airline excellence. This year’s event gathered over 500 airline representatives to honor the industry’s top performers.
This victory marks Qatar Airways’ ninth time at the top, highlighting its continued commitment to service quality, innovation, and passenger satisfaction.
In this year’s rankings, Singapore Airlines (SQ) claimed second place, while Cathay Pacific (CX) came in third.
