Lost & Found Services
For items lost on Qatar Airways flights, contact Qatar Airways directly. For other airlines, email llqas@qataraviation.com. If you lose something inside the terminal, visit an HIA Information Desk or email the Lost Property Office with item details. Lost items are kept up to 30 days based on category, after which unclaimed items may be donated to charity.
Prayer Rooms and Mosque
Spacious and well-equipped prayer rooms with separate areas for men and women are located throughout the terminal, complete with dedicated ablution facilities. For easy access, follow the signs, consult an information desk, or use the airport map. For those exiting the airport, a public mosque is situated just outside.

Doha International Airport offers two fully-equipped medical centers, staffed 24 hours a day to ensure swift assistance when needed. One medical center is located in the Arrivals Hall before Passport Control, while the other is situated in the Departures Hall near the Check-in area.
