Qatar Rail has announced extended operating hours for both the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, effective from January 1, 2025, providing greater convenience for daily commuters.
The new service hours for the Doha Metro will be from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM, Saturday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Fridays. Meanwhile, the Lusail Tram will operate from 5:00 AM to 1:30 AM, Saturday to Thursday, and from 2:00 PM to 1:30 AM on Fridays.
Additionally, Metrolink and Metroexpress services will follow the revised operating hours of the Metro and Tram.
Since its launch in May 2019, the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, along with their first and last-mile services, including Metrolink and Metroexpress, have been instrumental in easing passenger movement to key destinations across the country.
